Structural elongation: the elongation caused by the adjustment of the position of the steel wire and the strands in the steel rope per share; the elongation caused by the free rotation of one end of the steel rope and the increase of the twist distance; and the further elongation caused by the reduction of the metal area of the steel rope caused by the wear of the internal steel wire.
